What areas of Boston do you cover?

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured. Our Massachusetts Construction Supervisor licence is CS-083674 and our Home Improvement Contractor registration is 138721. We are happy to provide current certificates of insurance before any work begins.
Do you work on commercial buildings as well as homes?
Both. We deliver construction and restoration work for residential and commercial clients, from single-family homes and condo associations through to landmark commercial properties and multi-unit buildings managed by property professionals.
Can you work on a landmark or historic property?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are known for. We have extensive experience with landmark properties in the Boston area, and we understand how much depends on using the correct materials and techniques. That includes historically approved painting, sympathetic window and door work, mansards and traditional copper detailing.

The building envelope is everything that separates the inside of your building from the weather: the roof, the walls, the windows, the doors and the drainage. Repairing it as one system, rather than fixing each part in isolation, is the only reliable way to stop water getting in. It is a core part of what we do.
