Founded in 2001 by Mark Waldron, an accomplished carpenter and builder, Waldron Contracting Services is a family-owned general contractor serving residential and commercial clients across Boston and the surrounding area.

Our work spans specialist restoration, high-quality renovations, roofing, masonry, interiors, exterior construction and complex multi-trade projects. Whether addressing a specific issue or managing a larger scope, we bring the same standard of workmanship, communication and delivery to every project.

From the first conversation through final completion, our clients remain at the center of the process. We take the time to understand the building, define the scope clearly and deliver the work it actually requires.

Our experience is grounded in the demands of Boston's older and historic buildings, but the same expertise carries across every type of project we undertake. If another proposal comes in differently, we're happy to review the scope with you. We'll explain where the differences are, identify anything that may have been omitted or specified differently, and where appropriate, determine whether we can adjust our pricing on a genuinely comparable scope.
